Gaylife is a sexual health and lifestyle support service created especially for the lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in Stoke-on-Trent, and for those questioning their sexuality or gender identity.

Gaylife runs a Gay and Bisexual Men´s drop-in group from 7pm until 9.30pm every Wednesday. The group is a great opportunity to relax and have a chat with other gay/bi men in Stoke-on-Trent. This drop in is available only for 18+, if you're 18 or under, visit the Galaxy page.

Gaylife also provides information and resources on all sexual health matters, including Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). On the last Wednesday of every month we also provide free and confidential HIV testing with results in 20 minutes from 5pm-8pm.

Stoke City are proud to be supporting Stoke Pride 2018 and will have staff attending the event throughout the day.

They will be conducting a consultation which will help the Club better understand what we can do to maximise our equality and diversity outcomes.

Staff will be on hand throughout the day to assist anyone wishing to learn more about our equality and diversity aims and objectives and what the Club is doing to increase our reach throughout the next season. All those assisting us in the consultation will be entered into a free prize draw to win fantastic club goodies.

Stoke-on-Trent´s premier LGBTQ+ nightclub. we aim to offer the safest venue in the area for all the community and friends.

With 3 bars on two levels offering you the best in freshly made cocktails, craft beers, ciders and draught. Upstairs, our recently refurbished Unity Lounge offers a place to sit down in luxury to start your night, play pool, Xbox, or simply to retreat during your evening to socialise. Outside we have our large paved garden and terraced areas with shelter and heating for your comfort during the colder winter months. Our central dance floor is the place to be seen on the scene!

Staffordshire University has a long-standing commitment to equality, diversity, social inclusion and mobility, which is central to our success in creating inclusive and supportive teaching and learning environment. LGBT+ issues are covered within our wide-ranging course portfolio and research, including sociology, law, sport and exercise, film and media, drama and theatre, history, creative writing, art, health and social care, psychology, education. We are proud to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion.

The LGBT+ University Staff Network Group provides a confidential and supportive environment for all staff who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender+ and promotes inclusivity and an awareness of wider diversity issues. The Staffordshire University Student Union LGBT+ Network is a student-led group that seeks to represent the views and needs of our diverse student body. It provides an open place for any student to be who they are, holding regular events and meetings to discuss common interests and learn more about the LGBT+ community and members regularly engage with national democracy via the NUS' conferences and events. As well as writing articles that are published on the Students' Union website and engaging with inclusivity University projects and processes, the LGBT+ Network also feeds directly into the Students' Union's democratic structures to help shape the Union's work.

The University Staff and Student Networks have been actively involved in World AIDS Day, LGBT+ History month, Stoke Pride and other campaigns.

The GMB Union is an organisation that has Equalities at the forefront of our beliefs. Our aim is to protect members in their workplace and get members good pay and good working conditions. We believe passionately in fairness and give our support to The LGBT+.organisation. We support Pride events throughout the country and hold an annual LGBT + Conference in London alongside all of our sister unions. Always an interesting Conference with plenty of debates and motions taking place. Our Region is very active with LGBT + activity.

Samaritans know that sometimes life gets tough. At times when things are getting on top of you, Samaritans are always there to listen. We offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way - whatever´s getting to you. Our lines are staffed entirely by volunteers and we are recruiting now for our next intake. You can make an amazing difference at Samaritans helping to support people when they need someone to talk to or they are going through a difficult time in their life. The Good Food Chain

The Good Food Chain has been established for over 20 years and is based in Stone, Staffordshire.

We employ over 120 people, and are the largest truly handmade sandwich manufacturer in the UK. We supply education and healthcare establishments as well as the corporate sector and into airlines.

We are very proud of our Staffordshire roots and work with other charities in the area, supporting both the Potters Arf Marathon and the Dougie Mac Bike Ride.
